What do you know about hepatitis A and its infection , Hepatitis treatment

Hepatitis A virus

The hepatitis A virus is acid-shell. It helps viruses engulfed with contaminated food and water, to pass a barrier sour stomach.
Hepatitis A virus is stable in an aqueous medium, so the epidemic of hepatitis A often have water transmission.
The hepatitis A virus is highly immunogenic after the disease is formed proof lifelong immunity.

Hepatitis A is one of the most common human infections. In countries with warm climates and poor sanitation hepatitis A lot of people sick.
In hot countries we can get hepatitis A infection with high probability, including those where the traditional places of tourism and recreation.

Foremost is African countries (including Egypt and Tunisia), Asia (Turkey, Central Asia, India and Southeast Asia including islands), some countries in South America and the Caribbean.
While buying fruits and vegetables at the market, do not forget to wash them properly, do not always know where they came to us.
 Always be heat treated seafood.

What is the mechanism of hepatitis A infection ?

The source of hepatitis A infection is the patient who identifies with the feces into the environment billions of viruses.

If ingestion of contaminated water or food (especially poorly thermally processed seafood) viruses penetrate into the intestine, then soaked with the blood flow to the liver and incorporated into its cells and cause hepatitis A infection.
Viral particles multiply in the cytoplasm of liver cells. After exiting the liver cells they fall into the bile ducts and excreted in the bile into the intestine.
Inflammation in the liver, leading to damage to the hepatocytes.
Cells of the immune system of the human T-lymphocytes recognize virus-infected hepatocytes and attack them.
This leads to the death of infected hepatocytes, the development of inflammation (hepatitis) and liver dysfunction.

Who is the most susceptible to infection of hepatitis A ?

Hepatitis A in developing countries with low levels of economic and social development is primarily a children's infection. As shown by epidemiological studies, the number of registered manifest forms (when there are typical symptoms of the disease) is significantly lower than those who tested had antibodies to hepatitis A. This means that many children carry the infection in anicteric form and in this period , hepatitis A is not recognized. In developed countries, hepatitis A, also called "the disease of dirty hands", ill difficult because of the high culture of the population and the excellent work of public utilities. Therefore, persons who have antibodies to this infection is very small, and of the risk of getting in contact with the hepatitis A virus is quite high. Most often this happens during business trips and leisure trips to tropical countries on the African and Asian resorts in the Central Asian republics. To determine the likelihood and degree of risk of infection, we need study for antibodies to hepatitis A virus immunoglobulin class G (anti - HAV IgG). If these antibodies are found in the blood, it means the presence of immunity to the virus .

Epidemiologists CDC are the following risk that needs to be vaccinated:
  •     Family members (households) infected with hepatitis A virus person
  •     Persons having sex with an infected
  •     Persons, especially children living in regions with a high prevalence of hepatitis A
  •     People intending to visit the country with a high incidence of hepatitis A
  •     Men who have homosexual sex
  •     People who use drugs (injecting and non-injecting)

What can cause hepatitis A infection ?

hepatitis treatment
jaundice , symptoms of hepatitis A infection , hepatitis treatment
In most cases the time of hepatitis A infection to identify difficult unless epidemic outbreak after the accident in the sewer network.Anyway, during the month (the incubation period) after the alleged infection can expect a major symptoms: fever, dyspepsia, and then jaundice. After jaundice often little general condition improves. Jaundice lasts about 3-6 weeks, sometimes longer. Then usually leads to recovery.Hard to carry the infection children younger than one year, adults and the elderly.
infection in adults often occurs with severe intoxication and jaundice. The disease lasts on average about 40 days.
Some people (about 15%) have a chronic form of the hepatitis A infection, which runs for 6-9 months.
Hepatitis deaths are rare and occur in patients with fulminant (lightning) form of the disease.
In these cases very quickly develops acute hepatic necrosis, accompanied by acute liver failure.

Mortality risk for hepatitis A was 0.1% in children, 0.3% in adolescents and adults younger than 40 years, but 2.1% in people older than 40 years.

Modern hepatitis treatment largely directed not to fight hepatitis A, and breeding and removing harmful substances from the body, which appear at damage and impaired liver function.
Patient's immune system, as a rule, she copes with the infection.

  1. Irrespective of receiving daily oral or future injectable depot therapies, these require health care visits for medication and monitoring of safety and response. If patients are treated early enough, before a lot of immune system damage has occurred, life expectancy is close to normal, as long as they remain on successful treatment. However, when patients stop therapy, virus rebounds to high levels in most patients, sometimes associated with severe illness because i have gone through this and even an increased risk of death. The aim of “cure”is ongoing but i still do believe my government made millions of ARV drugs instead of finding a cure. for ongoing therapy and monitoring. ARV alone cannot cure HIV as among the cells that are infected are very long-living CD4 memory cells and possibly other cells that act as long-term reservoirs. HIV can hide in these cells without being detected by the body’s immune system. Therefore even when ART completely blocks subsequent rounds of infection of cells, reservoirs that have been infected before therapy initiation persist and from these reservoirs HIV rebounds if therapy is stopped. “Cure” could either mean an eradication cure, which means to completely rid the body of reservoir virus or a functional HIV cure, where HIV may remain in reservoir cells but rebound to high levels is prevented after therapy interruption.Dr Itua Herbal Medicine makes me believes there is a hope for people suffering from,Parkinson's disease,Schizophrenia,Lung Cancer,Breast Cancer,psoriasis,Colo-Rectal Cancer,Blood Cancer,Prostate Cancer, siva.Fatal Familial Insomnia Factor V Leiden Mutation ,Epilepsy Dupuytren's disease,Desmoplastic small-round-cell tumor Diabetes ,Coeliac disease,Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease,Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy, Ataxia,Arthritis,Amyotrophic Lateral Scoliosis,Fibromyalgia,Fluoroquinolone Toxicity

  2. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
